Welcome to our private oasis. When you stay at this centrally located home, your group will be close to everything. Just on the other side of our blue front door is a sparkly saltwater pool with lush greenery. Inside, you will have all the comforts of home with a large kitchen, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Within a five-minute walk you can be at an array of restaurants, retail stores and one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The space There are 4 bedrooms, each with a full bath en suite. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, baby crib and a reading nook. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with a lovely view of the pool. The third bedroom with a queen bed faces the lush green backyard. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with twin mattresses and toys ti keep your little ones entertained. We also have a queen air mattress, should you require it. The fifth full bathroom serves the kitchen and common areas. The light-filled, newly renovated kitchen is loaded with an abundance of appliances and cooking essentials. The dining room has an adjustable table with seating for 6 or more guests. The airy living room is flooded with natural light. The converted garage has a foosball table, beach gear and washer/dryer available for guest use. The saltwater pool is also heated upon request. Guest access Guests can access the property through the blue front door. They can access the inside of the house through the black glass door. Everywhere in the home is available for guest use except for the locked storage unit in the garage and primary bedroom. Other things to note Pool heater available by request only from the dates of October 1st through May 1st. The pool heater is an additional $25/day or $150/weekly.
