Ca’ Inua is a magical place where you can reconnect with Mother Nature’s wonders. Located only 25km from the Bologna city centre, an old barn renovated and fully finished in wood holds a modern-styled apartment with a breath-taking view on the Apennine mountains. Alessandra & Ludovico, your hosts, are ready to welcome you in a wide-open space, next to the woods, caressed by fresh breeze, where you can contemplate the magnificence of nature and tune into yourself for an unforgettable experience. The space In a late 19th-century barn, refurbished in self-construction, a 100m2 loft is ready to welcome up to 6 guests. Large panoramic windows with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the wood used for the renovation are the elements that most characterize the space which offers an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom, two comfortable sofa beds in the open space where there is a second bathroom, a large modern table and a decorative fireplace. Guest access The house of Alessandra and Ludovico is adjacent to the loft, the internal spaces of the house are mainly for family use while as regards the external spaces many will be shared. We will take care to guarantee you privacy and tranquility during your stay, but for us hospitality is also an opportunity to socialize and we will be happy to interact with you if you wish. Other things to note Our family is made up of Alessandra and Ludovico, Gea and Flora are our ten and five year old daughters; Sheeta is our dog, a six-year-old female Lagorai shepherd; Kiki and Ponyo are our two cats, mother and daughter; the family is completed by six funny hens, a rooster and two hives of wonderful bees. You can decide to cook at home or in the comfortable outdoor kitchen and you will have the possibility to use the barbecue independently. For stays over two nights you will have the opportunity to agree with your hosts to use the wood oven to make pizza. Also for stays longer than two nights, a heated larch wood tub with a view of the mountains is available to relax after a day of trekking or to escape the summer heat.
