This listing is PERFECT for long-term-guests. The Bunkhouse comes with a very comfy Q-size bed equipped with a huge walk-in closet, attached spacious spa-like bathroom, kitchenette, and a private entrance. Shared laundry room is next to the kitchenette. There is an additional queen size bedroom available if you have another guest/co-worker that needs a nice room. You would share your bath. If interested, please inquire. The space This is a beautiful 3-story home with 2759 sq, ft. of living space for you to call home. The main level and the bottom level measure 1117 sq; ft. each, and the Hayloft measures 525 sq; ft. Generally, there are no more than four people residing in the entire home. Guest are welcome to use the full kitchen. The shared laundry room is downstairs just off the kitchenette. I try to do laundry and work around your schedule. The patios and BBQ grill outside are shared. Barn 307 is located on the main level. It is only rented out during CFD. The Bunkhouse is on the bottom level and has a private entrance. This unit has a super comfy and clean queen size bed with an oversized closet, and an attached spacious bathroom. You’ll enjoy generous living space that includes a kitchenette, fireplace and cable TV. You will also like the shared laundry room being on this level. It is right off of the kitchenette. This area has a second bedroom and will only be rented out as single occupancy to whomever you choose. This is a convenient option in the event you have a co-worker that needs a place to call home for a while and you are willing to share your space. Please inquire with the host for details and pricing. The Hayloft is on the upper level. It is another unit that is rented out. It has 525 sq ft. of cozy living space. You’ll love the most comfortable and clean king bed ever! Attached is a tastefully designed spa-like bathroom. This is a very spacious and unique attic space and is equipped with a window air conditioner in the summer. You are sure to enjoy your privacy in the Hayloft. This is my favorite hideaway! For long-term guests, I offer weekly cleaning and laundry service. Please inquire for pricing. Lastly, guests agree to be personally and financially responsible for all unusual damage to the housing structure and/or the replacement of furnishings, damage to walls, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, flooring, carpet, replacing stained, torn, missing linens and towels. the cost of replacement supplies, all contractors and labor costs. Don’t forget to book your stay in advance of Summer 2026 CFDs. A 10% discount during CFD will apply for weekly bookings. It will be the second door you come to on your right.
