Includes Smart TV, WiFi, microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge. The spacious yard is surrounded by trees on three sides with beautiful views of a tidal ocean cove. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire property. Also, as close as it is, there is no water access across the street. However, you'll be two minutes from the town boat ramp and ten minutes from beautiful Drift Inn beach, both great places to launch. There's a fire pit, outdoor games, and furniture. A nature trail is adjacent to the property. Other things to note While there is electricity and WiFI in the bunkhouse, there is no running water or central heating/cooling. There is a composting toilet (with directions--it's easy!). For heating, there is an electric fireplace and space heater, though it does stay cozy.
