The neighboring villages are Loutra, Skalados and Perastra where there are various hiking trails for nature and hiking lovers. The nearby beach is Kolymbithra, one of the best beaches of Tinos. where it combines everything, offering moments of enjoyment and relaxation. The reason is that it is 2 beaches in 1! On one side you will find the small Kolymbithra which is sheltered and cosmopolitan and on the other side you will find the large Kolymbithra which will win you over with its tranquility and the enjoyment of the adventure of water sports in its waves. It consists of a modern and well-designed kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Outdoor area of Selini! In the outdoor area of the front side you will see a dreamy courtyard that has a large stone table which provides you with a magically secluded environment to chat, lie down with a book or have lunch when the summer meltemi blows. It also provides a jacuzzi-pool with led lights where you can enjoy moments of coolness as well as a heat pump for the pool so that the water is not cold! The rural road that leads to the parking lot of the house is half concrete and half dirt. It is completely accessible by car and motorbike, in 2 places the road narrows but if you go slowly you will not have any problems. Other things to note The farm has 2 stone houses with all the comforts, which are rented and are independent of each other and have separate entrances and private parking so that the guests of each house are not disturbed! It has a large private parking lot inside the farmhouse right next to the house! Also, both houses can be rented together by friends or families to enjoy their holidays together!
