We welcome you to our charming home! This traveler's haven is so cozy you, your family & friends will enjoy! It is near to I-5 & 512. Restaurants, LA Fitness , Starbucks coffee are 0.8 miles and Wapato park is literally 2 blocks away! We know how to keep you safe, we disinfect the home especially the bathroom and all highly touched surface. For stays >14nights, We ask for a Hold fee of $500 & Agreement to be signed for longer stays. This home is a duplex, garage belongs to other. Pet fee applies The space This is a rambler, with 3 comfortable bedrooms, comprised of bright filled and large living room featuring wooden floors. Enjoy the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The entire entertainment and dining are is an open concept- you can always see your family and friends from any vantage point. Masters bedroom has queen sized bed with AC and work from home desk. Second bedroom is large as well with queen sized bed. The third and colorful room has a double bed. Closet hangers are provided in each room for your ease. Guests may park in the street in front of the home and or may park 1 vehicle in the fenced shared driveway. Please feel free to use the front yard. (Backyard is for garage unit) Garage area is another unit. No shared space with guests except the fenced driveway. Other things to note Hello everyone! These are Cathy & Liz and we were travel nurses but accepted a position in Tacoma because we love it here! We had the chance to travel a lot due to location of our assignments and realized the importance and demand for a Safe and Comfortable Home away from home! So here we are and providing you the necessities and everything in between! We love pets and we accept pets on a case by case basis, and if approved once we approve, it is not a part of a booking fee on the time of the booking, and will be charged on the check in day.
