Country cottage close to airport

Just 15 minutes from chch airport, 5 minutes to local shops and restaurants, 20 minutes into the town Centre and just over an hour to the ski fields this rural cottage is central to all your needs. 5 minutes up the road is the National Equine Centre and Mcleans Island which has walks, bike tracks, Orana Zoo and multiple paint balling and other activities. Walking distance to local wineries. The cottage is separate to our house, which is set on approx 10 acres of land. The space The kitchenette has plug in appliances , an airfryer and plug in hob so all basic cooking can be done. Breakfast amenities will be supplied (tea, coffee, cereals and bread) The heat pump will keep you nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Enjoy Netflix, Neon and Prime TV on us, the cottage is close enough to the main house to connect to the free Wi-Fi . Guest access Ample parking right outside on our private off road driveway. Happy for campervans and caravans to be parked up with prior arrangements. Extra guests may stay in these for a charge. Other things to note We are pet friendly by prior arrangement (at an extra cost) Dogs need to be kept on a lead when not inside due to our own dogs and cats. Please do your best to keep them off the furniture for future guests enjoyment and to help my clean up job afterwards. It’s preferable that if you leave the property you take them with you for the day to reduce their stress at being left in a strange place and reduce risk of damage. Late/early check out times can be arranged in advance if no other guests and checking in or out. A late check out fee of $30 per half hour does apply otherwise. Not really suitable for infants (no safety locks on cupboards etc) but bring them along at your own risk.
