This newly built beautiful studio apartment has all the necessary amenities for a weekend getaway adventure to Charlotte or a weeklong stay if you are doing business in downtown (Uptown) Charlotte. Our home is situated in picturesque historic Dilworth, an easy walking distance to literally hundreds of amazing restaurants. It is a 0.9 mile walk to Panthers/FC Charlotte Stadium, 1.3 miles to Center City Trade/Tryon, 1.2 miles to Hornets Spectrum Arena, 0.8 miles to NASCAR Hall of Fame... The space ...and only a few blocks to the lightrail train station and restaurants on East Blvd and South Blvd. A walk through this charming neighborhood is also quite a treat. The 450 sq ft garage apartment was created in 2017 and has a queen size bed, double bed, and twin bunkbeds. It has a full bath with a large garden tub, sink, toilet; a closet for hanging clothes and chest of drawers. We also provide free 300 GB fiber wifi (on its own server), a small fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is a 40” HD TV with HD cable antenna and an HDMI cable for you to hook up your computer if you wish to stream your movies on a bigger screen. There is also a desk and chair. Air conditioning and heating. It has its own private entrance through our back gate. Guest access You will have you own private gate entrance at the back of the property. There is 1 step up from the driveway to your walkway to your gate. You may park right next to our driveway, about 20 feet from your gate entrance. Outdoor living areas (pool, hot tub, pool deck, outdoor kitchen and covered patio) are for the home owner. We will be happy to say hello, but do need some privacy as well.
