Perfect apartment for a short stay in Paris. It is bright, practical, colorful and flowery :) A cat lives there, very quiet and sweet. Important: there is a litter box. And he needs kibble and affection. Well located in the artistic heart of northern Paris, 10 minutes from Parc de la Villette and Parc des Buttes Chaumont. The living room is equipped with a video projector. The building is secure. A bike can be rented, for nice rides in town. The space There is a large bedroom that locks and a very comfortable and wide sofa bed. Please note: in the living room, there is a dining table with 2 chairs, but we usually dine on the living room coffee table... especially if there are more than two of you. Once the sofa bed is unfolded, the living room space is reduced: it is a 40 m2 apartment :) cozy and functional. This is not a party apartment, as there is artwork that I care about. Smoking is possible: but only at the window :) Guest access All the rooms in the apartment are at your disposal. Other things to note This is my first apartment, bought, decorated with love and effort. There are many pieces of art there that I care about. If you rent my apartment for more than 4 days, you will need to give the plants some water, to keep them alive! Balconies, and houseplants. They thank you in advance.
