Approximately 30 minutes from Bristol and Bath with close proximity to the M4. It is a 5 minutes walk to the local village public house. The property was originally a tied cottage for Badminton Estate workers and was built circa 1770. The space The Cottage has one bedroom (huge comfy superking), with a shower room off the landing. Downstairs comprises an open plan kitchen and dining area and sitting room with the original bread oven as a feature. Guests have access to a patio and garden area with table and comfortable chairs. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the Cottage which is accessed by a front door which is separate from the main property. Other things to note Please note smoking and vaping are not allowed.
