Welcome to the new BiberLOFT on the Danube. The loft is a very sophisticated natural building apartment on the ground floor, facing the Danube garden and the stilt hut, as well as with direct access to and views of the breathtaking Danube, nature, and Danube harbor. It combines regional and sophisticated natural materials, upcycled old wood materials as well as a highly modern and sophisticated room technology and is a beautiful place for families, groups of friends, water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. The space The BiberLOFT has 40 m², its own small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet made of natural materials and direct access to the Danube garden to the stilt hut/sauna with lounge area and to the Danube dam. In the loft itself, 2 flying old wooden beam beds are installed, which can be used standing on the floor, up to an airy height (with fall protection around the bed and ladder) (flying beds). Both beds have stunning views of the Danube, as well as the screen, for great movie nights, for example. The higher the beds, the better the view of the Danube, wildlife and nature. There is also additional individual space under the beds for a lounge area, table, play corner, dog corner, etc. In the room, guests have their own laptop for TV by streaming, an elaborate invisible sound system and lighting designed by Michael himself (lighting master for events) with dimmable spots and LED color lighting. The rustic natural kitchen with many stone materials is fully equipped with 2 hotplates, oven, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, sink, dishes, cutlery and pots. The wood-burning stove facing the Danube at chest height forms a perfect harmony with the element of fire with the element of water in the Danube, as well as earth with the view of the wide nature. (Currently with candles – oven connection will follow in summer 2023) Another highlight is the natural building bath. Terracotta floor with underfloor heating in the entire bathroom and toilet as well as clay plaster with stone pine wood chips, natural wood ceiling, Danube pebble shower tray and wood paneling in the shower, are a very special shower experience. If you want to book the great stilt sauna, also reserve it with your booking, as it is often fully booked. From the Danube you have direct access to your bathroom/toilet, and you can hang your clothes there directly. Dogs are also allowed in the BiberLOFT.
