Rooms are just large enough to feel comfortable but they are definitely not grand. Most people are drawn to the outside deck, fire pit and lake. That is where the magic happens! Guest access You have access to the entire property but not the garage or the boat house. Other things to note North Turtle has a huge sand bar to the left hand side as you enter the lake from South Turtle Lake. You will find boats gathering there starting around one pm. It never gets too crowded and is a lot of fun because the bottom is totally sand and only 24" - 36" deep in most places. Starting January 1st 2024 Vilas County is requiring that each booking be no less than seven nights in a row. They also are limiting the number of guest to two per bedroom. This means if your septic system was designed for a three bedroom house and you only have three bedrooms the limit to the number of guests is six people even though you may have plenty of room and additional beds available.
