The space As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A living area where you can find. - A seating area with sofa and TV, including a sofa bed - A dining area - 4 bedrooms distributed as follows: - Two with double bed - One with single bed - One with double bed and single bed - A full kitchen - Two bathrooms with shower, one with bathtub and a half bath. - Outside area It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire indoor and outdoor property on a shared basis. - Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. - Hot water is provided by a gas boiler. Other things to note - Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975. - For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old. - Per Law 5/2024 and Ordinance 1.32 of Santiago de Compostela, stays from 1 Oct 2025 are subject to a local tourist tax. Rates range from 1 € to 2.5 € per day depending on the type of accommodation. This tax is NOT included in the booking price and will be charged separately. - It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. - Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
