The backyard also has a brand new kid friendly play set with lounge chairs to utilize! The Main floor includes beautiful vinyl floors throughout, with a fully loaded applicable modern kitchen with granite countertops and all cooking necessities and brand new stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar with barstools are the perfect addition for family meals. The dining room contains a large table and chairs, perfect area for socializing or meals.
