Welcome! Our apartment is in the ❤️ of SM, close to markets, hospitals and clinics. It has a 24-hour concierge, garage, barbecue, full kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, 500Mb Wi-Fi and a breathtaking view! The apartment accommodates up to 2 adults. We do not have an extra crib/mattress for babies/children. Therefore, the feasibility of this accommodation should be consulted before finalizing the reservation. We host your PET (15.00/reservation). Please read the house rules carefully before booking. The space The building has a 24-hour entrance and elevator. The space features: 1 bedroom - traditional double bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror, nightstand, hot/cold air-conditioning. The house provides bed linen at no cost. 1 bathroom - with impeccable cleanliness, shower with box, sink with cabinet, hairdryer. The house provides bath towels, face towels, mat, shampoo and soap, hotel type, at no cost. 1 combined living room/kitchen - the living room has a very comfortable sofa, rack with smart TV. The house offers filtered water, powdered coffee, free teas and sugar. The kitchen is complete, with a table and 4 chairs, refrigerator, various dishes, pots, toaster, blender, microwave, glass and stainless steel platters, meat board, wine and bottle openers, 4-burner stove and oven and kettle. Some foods and drinks are offered at an additional cost. The price list is in the property. 1 mini service area - features a washing machine and a tank. 1 balcony - There are NO protective nets. A clothesline, a barbecue, skewers, clothes pins and a breathtaking view! Guest access The guest has private access to the entire space. Other things to note *READ CAREFULLY* house 🔴 rules ➡️ *WE DO NOT* authorize reservations for companion service. ➡️ Visits are allowed with the host's permission. The guest must inform the visitor's data (full name) to the host for concierge clearance (condominium rule). Unannounced visits and overnight stays by visitors are NOT allowed. In case of non-compliance, an additional 60 reais will be charged for each day of non-compliance. ➡️ Once a reservation is confirmed, the guest who made it must send the host the following information (condominium rule): 1) full name and CPF of ALL guests; 2) Telephone number of ALL guests; 3) full name and phone number of an emergency contact; 4) car details, if you are going to use the garage (model, color, license plate). 🚨 At check-in, the reception desk will request an ID, which must match the data sent for entry to be authorized. This is a condominium rule for everyone's safety. ➡️ The host hands over and receives the keys in person. Arrival/departure times must be agreed upon between host and guest, respecting the check-in and check-out times, with some flexibility, if necessary and possible. Eventually, there may be exceptions and the keys can be left at the front desk (both by the guest and the host). All dealings must be recorded through the chat on the Airbnb platform. ➡️we accept up to 1 pet of size P (15.00/reservation) and this must be stated in the reservation. The pet must not climb on the couch or bed and must relieve itself in a suitable place. You are responsible for the accessories needed for your pet's nap and physiological needs. ➡️ comply with the condominium rules. Financial losses caused by damage to the property or fines will be passed on to the guest. ➡️ if you are a smoker, use the balcony for smoking and do not throw cigarette butts or other trash down (subject to a fine). ➡️ When leaving the house, turn off all electronics and lock the door. ➡️ The TV has Netflix and other apps. Access with YOUR login and password. ➡️ the apartment is on a high floor and has no protective nets. Be aware of children and PETS. ➡️ We offer free filtered water, teas, coffee, linens, bath towels, shampoo and soap. ➡️ At an additional cost, we offer some drinks and snacks. Payment must be made by Pix (informed as soon as the reservation is confirmed). The fee chart is in the apartment. ➡️If possible, take out the trash and wash the dishes. There are no trash cans inside the condominium. The trash cans are located on the street (containers).
