Enjoy the big outdoors that surrounds the cabin, a plantation with caribbean fruits & flora, two meadows for ball sports enthusiasts, walking trails among fruit trees and ocean breezes, and your own waterfront dock & palapa to enjoy the ocean and fishing. The space This is a gated property with live-in caretaker, parking space, and you can walk on a safe area with the local neighbors. This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Pearl Cove Casita is a studio-style apartment that offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open space includes a full kitchen, a sleeping area with one double bed and two single beds, and one full bathroom. There is also a washer available for your use. Your cat is also welcome! *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, only cats are allowed. A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied and you must read and agree the Islaya Pet Policy, please ask us about it. Feel free to contact us regarding our pet friendly options! Guest access Breakfast Buffet: Available at Infinity Bay Resort's Restaurant (West Bay) for a cost of $23 per person/ per day. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively).
