The space The building is just steps away from a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as within a walking distance to the Sea Point Promenade, a beautiful stretch of coastline perfect for a morning jog or evening stroll. The entire apartment is yours! Kick back and enjoy the relaxation! Kitchen: The unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials and necessities for convenience. Fridge/freezer , electric oven, SMEG induction 2 plate stove top and SMEG extraction fall. There is also a kitchen counter/nook with 2 bar stools to enjoy lovely meals and simultaneously serve as a working area. Living/ Bedroom Area: The open plan bedroom/ living area leads off of the kitchen. The flat screen TV is setup with Netflix, positioned in such a way to maximize comfort by being able to relax on the couch and admire mountain views while streaming your favourite series. Bedroom area consists of ample wardrobe space and a standard double bed. Linens are provided. Bathroom: The private bathroom consists of a toilet, basin and a shower. Other things to note Parking: There is no secure parking available. You would need to utilize the street parking which is paid for hourly until 17:00 pm on weekdays and until 13:00pm on Saturdays. Sundays are free. Key Collection/QR Code: Depending on check in times, our guest relations personnel will be present to assist with check-in. you will be given details with respect to acquiring your QR code for easy access to your unit. Security: The building consists of 24/7 security. You will be required to sign in by security upon your arrival. Please note that there are CCTV cameras in all communal areas. Smoking: Please note, this is a strictly non-smoking accommodation. Smoking will not be tolerated in the building. Servicing: This is a self-catering apartment, therefore no cleaning is provided throughout the duration of your stay. Cleaning can be arranged at an extra fee should you desire this service. We do midstay cleans and linen changes for reservations longer than 7 nights.
