The cottage sits on a large lot with a big backyard shaded by a century old Sequoia tree. It includes a covered patio, propane BBQ, patio table with 4 comfy chairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for walking. For those with RV's or trailers, it has a wide 44 foot long driveway and single car garage. NO SMOKERS, inside or out. The space We are just putting the final touches on the home. it is not a party house, so please do not book if you aren't willing to treat it better than your own home. It has a large master bedroom with a king bed and a smaller bedroom with a full-size bed. The living room is comfortable and provides plenty of seating for socializing or watching Fire TV.
