This is the back door unit up the stairs. It's uber cool and is one of the Stone Houses found around Mt. Shasta. The house maintains the exterior historic charm of the original house, but the inside is freshly renovated, stylish, spacious, and fabulous! The unit offers privacy for groups that may want some separation as one bedroom and bathroom are downstairs and the living area and another bed/bath are upstairs. This unit is accessed from the back door, completely separate from the front unit. The space *Centrally located on Mount Shasta Blvd. All area attractions are easily accessible. *House has all the modern conveniences: -mini split air conditioning and heat -fast wifi to work from home -Smart TV in the living room -Keyless entry doors *The unit is split into two floors, one queen bedroom with vaulted ceilings up and one queen bedroom down *1/4 bath upstairs and full bath with shower downstairs *Daybed on upstairs landing with comfortable bedding for additional sleep option *Baby gate available at the top of the stairs *Living and dining areas are upstairs and there is also a balcony to enjoy the epic Mt. Shasta view with a small cafe table with 2 chairs and a gas BBQ. *The full kitchen is very well equipped. There is an electric stove and oven, toaster, blender, salt, pepper, olive oil, ground coffee and creamers and sugar. All pots and pans and cutlery are premium quality. *We supply all the bathroom amenities needed for your stay including towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and lotion. This Stone House unit has tons of historic charm with all the modern feels and is the perfect base for all Mt. Shasta has to offer. You get one parking spot off-street and can maybe fit two behind one another. You can use the shared back patio if you want, but you have a great upstairs patio with a BBQ all to yourself. This is a unit in a house separated into 2 units. Ask me about use of washer and dryer. Other things to note Please be respectful of the old pipes and flush only TP and human waste. The code to the door to get to the washer and dryer is 5800. This washer and dryer is used by the cleaners for the front unit and cottage so please do laundry after 2pm. The patio area is shared with the cottage. Please respect quiet hours of 9pm to 8am if there are guests in the cottage. The downstairs bedroom shares a wall with the other unit in the house and sound carries between the walls. This is not a shared space but is a house split in two so sounds may carry. -There is a commercial office space downstairs used by one tenant who is seldom there.
