The space This spacious Sky Home features 1,333 square feet of interior living space, plus a 170-square-foot private balcony—perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or grilling while enjoying the coastal breeze. Designed for comfort and luxury, every room offers a water view, and no Sky Home is located below the fifth floor. These residences are nearly twice as wide as a typical beach condo, creating an open, airy feel throughout. The home is fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a premier resort stay, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, generous closets, and extra linens and pillows. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
