Rockin' R Ranch Lodge

A spacious lodge for your group of up to 50 that will engulf you in western atmosphere. You’ll have access to 15 of 41 bedrooms, all w/private bathrooms, large kitchen, gathering areas, game rooms w/ping pong & billiards, lawn areas, volleyball, horseshoes, swimming pond w/kayaks, & fire pit. (For larger groups or more rooms, contact us.) Spend your entire time at the Ranch on our 9.6 acres or use the Ranch as a home base to enjoy activities off-site. You’ll love having the place to yourselves. The space The 3-story pine lodge sits on almost 10 acres with two sides bordering on the Ranch's alfalfa fields. This is definitely farm and ranch country at its best. As you enter the main gathering area of the lodge, your eyes are drawn to the tree that stands tall, reaching up three stories. Don't forget to look for the owl sitting in its branches. There are several gathering areas—large and small--throughout the lodge. The couches and fireplace make this the perfect place for visiting, programs or talent shows complete with piano. The Conference Room on the second floor also has a piano. Here you'll find several comfortable couches and chairs that are perfect for watching the TV or having a more private gathering. The Game Room has two billiards tables, with a ping pong table in the adjoining room. The game closet has puzzles and board games. There are 37 bedrooms in the main lodge, and an additional 4 rooms in the nearby Arena Cabin. Our guest rooms are simple, yet comfortable, and all have private bathrooms with showers; some have a tub and shower combo. There are a variety of bed configurations in each room, sleeping from 2 to 7 people. The basic rate includes 15 bedrooms that can sleep up to 50 people. If your group is larger than 50 people and/or you need more than the 15 rooms included in the base price, please message us in advance to make these arrangements. If all of our 41 bedrooms are filled, we can sleep 170 people. The number of guests in your group cannot exceed the number that can comfortably sleep in the beds of the rooms you have reserved. Guests cannot sleep in areas of the lodge outside of the bedrooms. The recently remodeled large commercial kitchen comes stocked with everything from pots and pans to plates and utensils. Cooks will enjoy our large gas stovetop and grill--perfect for cooking pancakes or hamburgers--3 convection ovens, extra-large fridge and freezer, large ice maker, sinks, dishwasher, and lots of prep area. The dining rooms seat over 150 people. There's a large lawn area for games and sports, volleyball grass court, horseshoe court, cement basketball pad, small swimming pond with kayaks, cornhole boards, and large fire pit and picnic tables. The children will enjoy the playground area with swings and slides just for them. We have equipment for soccer, volleyball, whiffle ball, basketball, horseshoes, and cornhole. We can help arrange (in advance) nearby horseback riding for your group if desired. Whitewater rafting, tubing, and ziplining are available only 40 minutes from the Ranch. In Bryce Canyon National Park you’ll find breathtaking scenery and hikes, ATV tours, horseback riding, and summer night rodeos. The Rockin’ R Ranch really is in the center of it all! Don’t forget to end your evenings looking up at the beautiful night sky. On a clear night, away from the city lights, the stars are out in abundance. It’s an incredible sight you won’t want to miss. Guest access Guests are allowed in all public areas of the lodge but must stay out of a few rooms that are marked for employee use only. Outdoors, guests are allowed to enjoy most areas like the large lawn areas, firepit, pond area, and game areas. They are not allowed in the outbuildings which are used for storage. Guests can pet the horses and colts in the nearby corrals, but they cannot enter any corrals that have livestock. There is an employee home and a few employee cabins on the property, which guests are not allowed to enter. Other things to note There is a two-night minimum stay, and there are no Sunday arrivals (but you can stay over on Sunday nights). Check-in is between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m. (Earlier check-in times may be arranged, if needed.) Check out is before 10:00 a.m. Guests are not allowed to bring their dogs or other pets. Certified service dogs are welcome with proper identification and advanced notice. The lodge has three floors but does not have an elevator. There are six guest rooms on the first floor for any who are unable to climb the stairs. There’s no cell phone service at the Ranch, unless you connect your phone to the wireless internet which is available in the main central area and Conference Room of the lodge but doesn’t spread out to all of the individual guest rooms. Your time at the Ranch is the perfect time to disconnect from your devices and connect with family and friends. Isn’t it about TIME? That’s what the Rockin’ R Ranch is all about.
