While there is no cable, you have access to all applications (Hulu, Netflix, etc) w/ your personal log in. No parties allowed on premises. The space Your new home away from home. This house is farm style with an updated twist. A simple, farm style life that is still close to all local amenities. Less than 5 miles away is Historic downtown Statesville with local restaurants, shopping and downtown activities throughout the year. The entire home is set up for guests to stay and enjoy. This chic home is amazing but nothing beats the outside charm which includes a fire pit and gas grill and two ponds for fishing. The back deck is a perfect place to relax and have a cup of coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunsets and lush countryside views. Guest access There is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to four vehicles. Guests will have access to the entire home and two ponds in the pasture. Fishing poles are not provided.
