Easy Access Condo w/ nice creek view!

Attractive condo with easy access, no stairs... perfect for seniors! Located on well maintained grounds approximately 1 mile away from casino resort. Easy level parking. One bedroom with queen, also a futon sofa bed in the living area. Save money by cooking in the kitchenette. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking. The space Very cozy and comfy! Queen bedroom has additional basic cable TV mounted on wall. Ducks and other wildlife commonly congregate around creek on premisses. Grounds well maintained. Guest access I have a video I can text you showing the route to park, from the turn off into the parking area. Other things to note Casino Resort very close, little over a mile. Also check out grindstone lake very very close as well. Message me for more recommendations. I will be happy to host you. For your awareness, this condo is part of an association and here are a couple rules that come up at times with guests: Gas and Charcoal grills are not allowed. No fire pits, gas/propane grills or any items that would produce flame and or fire are permitted on the property grounds or on balconies. Building access front walks may not be obstructed at any time. Access to each unit must stay clear for regular and emergency egress. Parking of trailers on the property is not permitted.
