Cabin on The Rim

Take it easy at this unique and private getaway. This off the grid studio cabin is located just 10 minutes from Smith Rock and 10 minutes from Lake Billy Chinook. It is positioned on the edge of the Crooked River Gorge with breathtaking views of the canyon. Near the cabin is a trail head to a private hiking trail that takes the adventurer down into the canyon where the scenery is otherworldly. Enjoy a sunset with full cascade Mountain View’s, green pastures, and grazing horses. The space Queen sized bed w/ additional cot if needed. Solar shower and portable bathroom are on site. The cabin is off the grid meaning no running water or electricity. The cabin is located on the back end of a working ranch. Guests can follow signs to the cabin. Guests will have to open/close up to 2 gates. Dirt road/pasture. Short walk down a trail to cabin. We look forward to hosting you at the ranch on the ridge. We provide: -bedding for queen bed -firewood/matches/newspaper -large cooler -grill -camping stove (has two burners) -propane for grill and camping stove -a couple of small pots and pans -can opener -French press for coffee -5 gallons of fresh Opal Springs water -flashlights and lanterns Other things to note We love fur babies and they are more than welcome at the cabin. We only request that If you bring a pet, please do not leave your pet unattended unless it is safely secured in a crate. We also request that pets be kept off of the bed please. Thank you!
