The space Villa Luceo Périgord is a former farm barn of 180m² transformed, offering all the modern comforts. Each room is air-conditioned for optimal year-round comfort and the high-speed internet/Wi-Fi connection is efficient and stable. All four bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower, or bathtub. They can be set up with a king size bed of 180x200 or two single beds of 90x200, ensuring quality sleep for all guests. The intimate lounge is equipped with two sofas and a 165cm 4K TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, induction hob, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The exteriors The centerpiece is the beautiful 16m x 3m swimming lane pool, perfect for refreshing or laps. Just across the street from the main villa you will find four free parking spaces. On the other side, the outdoor life is organized around the pool with a full garden furniture, a pool house equipped with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, plancha and sink, and a professional petanque court for convivial parts. Please note that to access the pool from the main villa, you have to go around a building under renovation (50 meters to do). This building will not be accessible for guests and the work will be completed in the summer of 2026. Located in Coly-Saint-Amand, the villa is close to Brive for airports and train stations and the famous Bordeaux vineyards. Le Périgord is also known for its top-notch food.
