Villa Aurinkoranta Cottage by the sea!

Welcome to spend relaxing moments at Villa Aurinkoranta! In a great location by the sea and on a large sheltered plot, where in addition to the cottage there is a sleeping barn, a lean-to on the beach and a campfire area. Large terrace area with access to the pier along the terrace areas. A wide sandy beach where you can swim and row. The cottage has a large living room/kitchen and a loft. A separate sauna building with a bathroom and a large and atmospheric wooden sauna with sea views! The services of the center of Raahe are only about 3 km away! The space * A good double bed and a 120 cm wide bed in the loft. * A log sleeping barn with a fold-out sofa bed and an 80 cm bed. The barn has radiator heating and a fireplace. Freezing point approx. -10 degrees. * Blankets and pillows are provided by the cottage. Towels and sheets are brought by the guest. * Separate sauna building with bathroom, toilet and wood sauna. * A lean-to and a campfire site on the beach. * Sandy beach and jetty. * Rowboat available for guests, motorized vehicles are not available. * Firewood provided by the cottage (bucket/night). * Possibility to rent 2 pieces of SUP boards for the duration of the rental. Ask for prices and payment instructions when booking. Guest access During the stay, the main cabin, sauna, sleeping barn, and lean-to are available. The outhouse and lockable cabinets or other items are not available to the guest. Other things to note * Air heat pump installed for cooling and heating! * The stairs to the sleeping loft are steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility. * The center of Raahe is only about 3 km away, where you will find several shops, restaurants and local services, as well as a magnificent old town with seashores! * Beautiful marked nature trails start right near the cottage! * In winter, there are good opportunities to ski on the ice. Close to several islands where you can ski or walk, for example, to a sausage roast or to explore the island's nature. The distance to Tasku Island along the ice is about 4 km. * About 70 km from Oulu. * At the end of the stay, the guest will clean the place before checking out. It is possible to purchase the final cleaning in advance for €100. If the final cleaning has not been completed, we will charge the guest €200 for the cleaning.
