Villa Aurinkoranta Cottage by the sea!

Welcome to spend some relaxing moments at Villa Aurinkoranta! Great location by the sea and on a large sheltered lot with a sleeping fence in addition to the cottage, a lean-to on the beach, and a fire pit. Large patio area with access to the pier along the patio areas. A wide sandy beach where you can swim and row. A large kitchen-living room and a loft in the cottage. Separate sauna building with a large and atmospheric wooden sauna overlooking the sea! Downtown Raahe services only about 3 km away! The space * A good double bed and a 120cm wide bed on the loft. * A log sleeping fence with a extendable bed and an 80cm bed. In the barn, radiator heating and a fireplace. The frost limit is approx. -10 degrees. * Blankets and pillows for the cottage. Towels and sheets are provided by the guest. * Separate sauna building with bathroom, toilet and wooden sauna. * Beach lean-to and campfire site. * Sandy beach and dock. * The guest has access to a rowing boat, no motorized access games. * Firewood ready for the cottage (cubicle/night). * Possibility to rent 2 sup boards for the duration of the rental. Please inquire at the time of booking for rates and payment instructions. Guest access During the stay, the main cabin, sauna, sleeping fence, lean-to. Ledger and lock cabinets or others are not available to the occupant. Other things to note * Air source heat pump installed for cooling and heating! * The stairs to the sleeping loft are steep and not suitable for people with limited mobility. * Only about 3 km to the center of Raahe, where you'll find several shops, restaurants, and nearby services, as well as a stunning old town with its seaside! * Stunning marked nature trails depart right next to the cabin! * In winter, there is a good chance of skiing on the ice. Close to several islands to ski or walk to sausage, etc., or to explore the island's nature. Pocket to the island of ice for about 4km. * About 70 km from Oulu. * At the end of the stay, the guest will clean the place before checkout. Possible to buy final cleaning when ordering in advance for €100. If the final cleaning is not completed, we will charge the guest 200€ for the cleaning.
