Other things to note The 75 sqm 3-bedroom apartment with limited sea view is suitable for up to 4 people and is located in the first row to the beach. Your vacation home has two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. Few steps and you are located at the kilometer-long sandy beach of the island. The location The light-filled apartment is located in a north-east location and is located on the fourth floor of Haus Dänholm. The Baltic Sea is at your doorstep - in just 130 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long south beach. In the surrounding area, numerous excursions await your visit: the Prora documentary center, the Prora center, the vintage car museum Rügen, the NVA Museum of Rügen, the Galileo Wissenswelt Rügen, the climbing forest Binz-Prora and the natural heritage center of Rügen with the treetop path as well as the popular Karls adventure village in Zirkow. Within walking distance are two bakeries, some bistros as well as a restaurant, small fashion and souvenir shops as well as a bike rental. A sailing school is located about 3 km away. In the nearby Dormero beach hotel (about 800 m) you can buy day tickets and enjoy the pool, the Sauna and the fitness area to your heart's content. The amenities The tastefully decorated non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, partly floor-to-ceiling windows, free WiFi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave with oven function and 4-burner induction cooker from BORA, as well as a cozy and spacious living-dining area. In the living area there is a large SMART TV (55 inches). Both bedrooms each include a modern box spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m or 1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and offer the luxury of a private bathroom! One of the bedrooms also has a private SMART TV (43 inch). In the stylish bathrooms with natural light there is underfloor heating, towel warmer, a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and window. The cozy apartment offers you a balcony on the sea side overlooking the dunes and the dune forest to the Baltic Sea; here you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the maritime, soothing climate of the lake. Please note this apartment is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. A crib can be placed in the living area for a fee and if desired, you can book a high chair. The special features A separate room with a washing machine and dryer for free, shared use is available for you in the house. Laundry rack, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner are provided in the apartment. A parking space as well as storage facilities for your bicycles outside and a lockable bicycle room are available to you free of charge. Haus Dänholm has an elevator and a paid charging station for electric cars.
