The space The Villa consists of a large living room that has maintained its ancient features, combined with elements of modern style. The garden is for exclusive use and is fenced; it is equipped with an automatic opening/closing tent, a table with chairs, deck chairs, benches and armchairs. The villa is accessed directly from the garden, through a large window that leads into a very large living room, where there is also a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The living room leads to the sleeping area, bathroom, and double bedroom. The bathroom is made with the precious marble of Sovicille, is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and soap in a bathroom dispenser. The room recalls the atmospheres of the past. A crib or an additional single bed can be placed in it. The room leads to the large closet space. From the living room, the wooden staircase leads to the open upper floor: a sort of large and suggestive "balcony" that opens downwards and where the reading and relaxation area is located. Here you have the option of having two single beds in a sofa bed and ottoman. The Villa has a width of over 150 m2 and the garage of about 50/60 m2. The garage is large and can accommodate cars with a height of up to 2 meters. Guest access Guests can access the garden, which is for the exclusive use of guests and is bordered by a wooden fence. From here you can access the underground garage. Other things to note Warning for parents with small children: the structure has been elegantly renovated, articulating it on two floors with large mezzanine/balcony and access stairs. Small guests are welcome, but parents are kindly asked to supervise them for their safety. Small, well-behaved dogs that are not accustomed to sleeping on beds are allowed.
