Welcome to the Capitol Casita, our new modern custom mini-home in the heart of Torrey, just minutes away from Capitol Reef National Park! Ideal for couples, families, or a small group seeking the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. This thoughtfully designed retreat offers a cozy and intimate space to relax and recharge. The space Designed to comfortably sleep up to 7 people, the casita features two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus a large sleeping loft. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a working desk space and closet with storage. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized memory foam beds, and the sleeping loft is furnished with three twin beds. *Please note the ceiling height in the loft is 4 feet high—this space is loved by kids, teenagers, and the adventurous adult.* Enjoy amazing outdoor spaces, including a spacious patio and a ROOFTOP DECK. Take in 360-degree views of the 'Red Velvets' and Boulder Mountain while relaxing in this unique private space complete with outdoor seating and a propane outdoor fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a full-size oven range (a rarity for mini-homes) and ample counter space to prepare delicious meals. Dine at the table, or take advantage of the beautiful weather and enjoy your creations on the spacious rooftop deck. The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa and a nice flat-screen smart TV. Guest access Parking space is available for two vehicles at the side of the Capitol Casita. All of our units are outfitted with keyless entry - you will be provided with your unique code shortly before check in. This unit has access to its own private deck and rooftop space, with outdoor seating and propane fire pit. Other things to note The Capitol Casita is part of 'Casitas at Capitol Reef,' situated with a nine-unit Inn at the rear of the property and five other tiny homes nearby. We are a remote check-in property; however, should there be any questions or concerns, we are just a quick phone call or message away and are happy to assist! Casitas at Capitol Reef will begin construction in Feb. 2024 on 3 new tiny homes along the west side of the property and anticipate construction will be completed fall 2024.
