We are about 20 minutes away from the Branson tourist sights. Located in an old resort town on Lake Taneycomo. The space ***$800 monthly special! Message us for details!**** Studio apartment style. Room includes full sized bed, kitchen, and bathroom. -Bed has cotton sheets and comforters. Toddler/ kid cot is slid under the bed if you bring a little one. -The kitchen has fridge and freezer, microwave, apartment sized stove, plenty of cupboard space, Keurig coffee machine, pots and pans, tableware. We have a table with two chairs. -Bathroom has a small shower. Towels and wash rags for each guest. -After a long day in Branson, come back to a relaxing space where we have a flat screen tv, a yoga mat and some weights, and a few board games to play with your group. WiFi is not available. -Parking is tight as it is shared with other units but there will still be room for you! There is one lot in front of the unit doors and a lower lot in front of the garage that you may park in. -This studio does allow pets for $100 fee- please keep them on a leash outside, keep pet messes cleaned up, do not leave them unattended in the unit without crating. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Smoking is allowed outside. Any evidence of smoking or marijuana inside the home will result in a $100 fine. To prevent any smoke from entering the unit accidentally, please keep all windows and doors closed. -Checkout instructions: take trash to bin outside. Do dishes. Lock door. Leave the rest to us! Check out is before 11 am. Check in anytime after 4 pm. Door code will be sent to you the evening before check in. Guest access This was a part of the old Rockaway Beach resort community. There are several units in this resort. This is unit 3. Each unit has a separate entrance but shared parking space. They each have unique door codes that will only open one door. Other things to note This environment may be a bit different than you are used to. In our area, we have several deer, snakes, and wild animal that walk around. Please be aware when you are outside.
