La Gioiosa: house with view and terraces

La Gioiosa is a small house in a unique location: it is perched above the old village of Monterosso, and from its terrace it overlooks all 5 Cinque Terre. Guests will enjoy the terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower, the small terrace with hammock for reading, and the terraces below for sunbathing. The sea is within walking distance, only 10 minutes (3 by car), and your car can stay in the private parking lot above the house. 011019-LT-0528 The space La Gioiosa is a special house: it is immersed in the Buranco vineyards and has a view of the sea and the Cinque Terre; it is autonomous and well-equipped, with its own independent terraced garden. It is on a ridge exposed to the sun, silent and in its own way wild. It is a house that we carefully renovated in 2022, choosing quality materials and finishes, so that the holiday is also beautiful in its details. The large terrace overlooking the sea is equipped with deckchairs, table, pergola, barbecue, shower and outdoor kitchen. On this level you have the kitchen, a dining and sitting room, a bathroom. Please note that the two floors are not connected internally, but you need to exit and use the outdoor stone stairs. Upstairs you will find the double bedroom and the children's room, with a bunk bed and single bed; the two rooms are served by a shared bathroom (with toilet, sink, shower and bidet). There is also a small independent terrace with a hammock for reading in solitude. All rooms have air conditioning, but please turn it on as little as possible, because the house is cool and breezy and we are of the opinion that it is useless to waste energy when you don't need it.
