Cozy studio for one or two people. Newly renovated space, small, but very well used. It is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Located in the center, overlooking the García Sanabria park, specifically in the Fernando Pessoa square, famous for a characteristic colored fountain designed by the Canarian artist Pepe Dámaso, whose sound accompanies us throughout the day. Being an attic of an old building, it is on the fourth floor, but there is no elevator. The space Completely independent and autonomous space located on the top floor of a listed building from the mid-20th century. Upon entering we find a built-in wardrobe, which on the one hand has the cleaning supplies, the thermos and the washing machine and on the other hand the wardrobe, with a hanging bar and multiple drawers. In addition, said closet has a loft to store our suitcases and large packages. Next we enter the main area with a sloping ceiling, which contributes, together with the decoration and accessories, to the warm and welcoming air of the space. This space functions as a bedroom, dining room, kitchen and living room. It has been emphasized to achieve harmony and comfort through the use of noble materials such as solid wood and lacquered furniture, natural stone, various textiles, large-format ceramic floors and pieces of furniture and accessories from international brands. It has a 140 x 200 cm bed, accompanied by a side table and a pendant reading lamp, this bed has lower storage and a fabric headboard. The dining room consists of a solid wood table attached to the wall and two upholstered stools. The custo made kitchen, with lacquered wood cabinets, granite countertops and splashbacks, has all the basic appliances (hob, microwave, extractor, etc.). Right after this, we find the chilling area, a small custom-made upholstered sofa with cushions (with storage in the lower part) accompanied by a small table and a wall lamp. All this main area has air conditioning, television and black out blinds. But the most striking thing is the large window with spectacular views of the park and the sky, which also guarantees maximum use of the daylight hours enjoyed in the Canary Islands. Finally we find the bathroom, separated by a sliding door, which has newly made toilets and taps and is covered with handmade tiles in natural tones that follow the line of the rest of the apartament. The shower has a discreet glass divider so that we can shower without worrying about splashes. Guest access As said before, the studio is located in an 20th midcentury listed building, so it only has the building entrance, the staircase and the access to our apartament on the 4th floor.
