Attic in the park

Cozy studio, ideal for one or two people. Newly renovated space, small, but very well used. It is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Located in the center, overlooking García Sanabria Park, specifically in Fernando Pessoa Square, famous for a characteristic colorful fountain by the Canarian artist Pepe Dámaso, whose sound accompanies us throughout the day. Being an attic in an old building, it is a fourth floor without an elevator. The space A completely independent and autonomous space located on the top floor of a protected building from the mid-twentieth century. Upon entering we find a built-in closet, which on one side has the cleaning items, the water heater and the washing machine and on the other side the wardrobe, with a hanging bar and multiple drawers. In addition, this closet has a loft to store our bags and large packages. Then we enter the main area with a sloping ceiling, which contributes together with the decoration and accessories to the warm and cozy air of the space. This space functions as a bedroom, dining room, kitchen and living room. An attempt has been made to achieve harmony and comfort through the use of noble materials such as solid wood and lacquers in custom-made furniture, natural stone, assorted textiles, large-format ceramic flooring and furniture and accessories from international firms. It has a 140 x 200 cm bed accompanied by a bedside table and a suspended reading lamp. This bed has lower storage and a headboard. The dining room consists of a solid wood table attached to the wall and two upholstered stools. The kitchen, custom-made with lacquered wood cabinets, granite countertop and splashbacks, has all the basic appliances (glass-ceramic, microwave, extractor, etc.). Right next to this, we find the relaxation area, a small custom-made upholstered sofa with cushions (with storage at the bottom) accompanied by a small table and a wall lamp. This entire main area features air conditioning, a TV, and blackout blinds to block out the light. But the most striking feature is the large window with spectacular views of the park and the sky, which also guarantees maximum use of the hours of light enjoyed in the Canary Islands. Finally we find the bathroom, separated by a sliding door, which has new toilets and faucets and is covered with handmade tiles in natural tones that follow the line of the rest of the house. The shower has a discreet glass screen so you can shower without worrying about splashing. Guest access This is a protected mid-twentieth century building, so it only has an entrance hall, stairs and access to our apartment on the fourth floor.
