The space This house consist of a living room, bonus room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The lower-level of the home is unoccupied, so the entire house is yours! The 2nd bedroom and basement door are locked. There is storage in these unoccupied spaces. Please note that there are two AC window units to cool the property. The window units keep the home nice and cool, but is something that we’d like to note. Additionally, you will hear planes often since it is close to the airport. Our bathroom features its original porcelain bathtub, which adds to the home's historic charm. Please note that due to its age, the tub has natural, age-related stains that cannot be removed with cleaning. While the tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for every guest, these cosmetic marks are a testament to its vintage nature. If this level of wear and tear is likely to detract from your experience, we kindly suggest booking a property with more modern fixtures. Your primary point of entry and exit is the main front door of the house. We want to assure you that while this unit uses one main access point, it is fully compliant with all fire safety regulations. The room and the property as a whole are equipped with multiple large windows that provide proper alternative egress in case of an emergency. Please consider the aforementioned topics upon booking.
