The space Nestled in the stunningly beautiful town of Dunchurch is a recently built Lakehouse on Whitestone Lake that will make for the perfect family getaway. This awe-inspiring spring-fed lake has over 120 kilometers of shoreline, providing visitors with plenty of opportunities to discover and explore. Water enthusiasts can indulge in the clean and clear water that adds to the beauty of the place. The lakehouse is spread over 4,000 sq ft, boasting five bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus tons of fun extras that take spending quality time together to the next level. The main spaces of the lakefront treasure: - The main level open floor plan features comfy seating and a stone wood-burning fireplace surrounded by two levels of floor-to-ceiling windows and a gorgeous kitchen. - The fully-equipped kitchen features a Miele dishwasher, Miele electric oven, Miele gas stovetop, a Panasonic microwave, a Master Chef Drip coffee machine, LG ThinQ fridge/freezer, a waffler maker, a mini blender, a large stainless-steel wok, and an island with 6 stools. - In the sun-drenched Muskoka Room, you’ll find a dining table to seat 8, a lounge set, and a 52" Smart TV. - The cottage has been outfitted with some great extras in the lower level game room, such as a 75" Smart TV with the ability to stream with your own accounts, a Bose surround sound system, a selection of board games, a ping pong table, and a foosball table. - 5 BEDROOMS AND 4 BATHROOMS to accommodate 10 guests as such: BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, main level BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, main level BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, main level BEDROOM 4: Queen bed, lower level BEDROOM 5: Queen bed, lower level - A laundry room with a washer & dryer. - When the weather is lovely, head outdoors to enjoy some more fun activities like a bean bag toss, croquet, ladder ball, kid’s Ninja Line, an outdoor sand pit, kid’s climbing play structure, a hammock, and a cacoon hammock. - On the outer portion of the cottage, you’ll find a patio lounge set, 2 sun loungers (on the main deck), 2 large umbrellas, a large outdoor dining table with space for 12, 2 sun loungers (on the lower patio), and a propane BBQ (2 tanks) for grilling up some tasty treats! - Gather around the outdoor fire pit with 10 Muskoka chairs. At the water’s edge, you’ll find a 10 ft x 20 ft dock, cleats on the dock for mooring, a swim ladder, a lily pad, 1 canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and adult lifejackets (in various sizes). Other things to note - Wi-Fi (87.5GB per week is included). - NO public boat launch - No boats allowed at this cottage due to rocks in the lake. -For your convenience, weekly complimentary lawn maintenance will take place on Tuesdays. - No telephone in the cottage, but there’s good cell phone reception. - Bring your own beach towels. - All other towels and linens provided - Guests must climb stairs - Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Daily housekeeping is NOT included - Any motorized boats, ATVs, or other are not included in the rental. Their use is prohibited. - No smoking (tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted. - Illegal activity is prohibited and won't be tolerated. - No loud music or excessive noise is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay. - Please do not pour grease or food down the drain. Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet, all other items: wipes, Kleenex, dental floss, sanitary items, diapers or anything of that nature, are prohibited as they may cause damage to the septic tank.Please do not park your vehicles on the septic tank, this may also cause damage. - Remove all garbage and dispose at nearby dump; failure to do so may result in dangerous wildlife raiding the garbage. Location of nearby landfills and hours are provided in House Guide website. Do NOT dispose of garbage in a neighbour's bin, fines may result. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Please only burn wood bought locally, do not cut or damage any trees at the cottage. Ensure fire is doused with water before retiring for the evening.
