INSIDE PLAY – THEATRE ROOM with 86” screen, Italian leather reclining sectional + gaming chairs (bring your video games); Large GAME ROOM with ping pong, shuffleboard, bean bag basketball, seating around modern electric fireplace with TV, a multitude of board game + stunning views; Spacious loft with puzzle table + various puzzles and a desk if one must work. Tree house style bunk room with play area, "Hibernation Hollow" reading nook with bear books, & large activity filled treasure chest. 6 smart televisions available for streaming. High speed fiber optic internet. OUTSIDE PLAY – 7-8 person HOT TUB (Turkish spa towels provided); smores and stories by the FIRE PIT; (large smores kit provided with smores firewood but please note that community outdoor burn bans regularly occur ); dine on the expansive upper deck while listening to the river & relishing the view; BIRDWATCHING by day (2 child and 2 adult binoculars provided); Play CORN HOLE or BOCCE BALL on large expansive back lawn. Enjoy a family PICNIC by the river at Canoe Park .5 miles from the cabin (2 picnic blankets/basket provided) ; eye spy challenge with daily deer sightings, occasional wild turkeys & bears; Tube the Coosawattee River (bring your own tube); Catch & release fishing pond (bring your own pole). Shower/Tub combo. o The Foxcroft ~ Downstairs spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds & connected large ensuite. Boho chic with a flare for fun. Sweet Night Memory Foam mattress. 2 firm pillows. 2 soft pillows. o The main floor powder room ~ A treasure box inspired by William & Morris Strawberry Thief wallpaper decorated with German black forest vintage Cuckoo clocks. Hand painted clock, lighting, and vanity designed to coordinate with wallpaper.  Paved roads until last ¼ mile where it transitions to smooth gravel. Easy access but must drive slow in resort with older roads and steep drop offs.  Parking for 5- 6 cars Hot tub is drained and sanitized between guest bookings Guest access Easy access with digital entryway code. The roads to enter property are paved with the exception of the last 1/4 mile which is on maintained gravel. NO 4 WHEEL DRIVE NEEDED.
