This large suite is great for work crews or a family get together. If you would also like a large gourmet kitchen , enquire about adding the first floor. This floor has direct access to both hot tub and the grounds and offers another king bedroom and living room. Pets welcome We have four acres. Lots of parking within the grounds. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds and can bring pets (additional small fee) Sit by the pond, the river or grill under the pagoda or on the porch. You could actually walk to town from here and there plenty of hiking/fishing/hunting Dine outside under the pagoda (Grill and seating etc) We are available anytime for questions or concerns but will not be invading your privacy Chama is like stepping back in time. The surrounding countryside is truly magical with abundant wildlife. This property lies at the bottom of Rabbit Peak with beautiful views and Rio Chamita runs through it Unlike most other properties around here we do have great internet too! The Cumbres Toltec scenic railway is 5mn from the property for an unforgettable trip through breathtaking scenery Pagosa Springs is 50mn scenic drive from here . Relax in the worlds deepest hot springs You can walk to town but in Winter you may prefer to drive. To explore the local scenery 4 wheel drive is recommended. We plow our grounds... Snowmobiling is a hugely enjoyed sport here! Enjoy our large fire pit under clear New Mexico skies. Please note Chama LOVES fireworks!!! Expect them at every Holiday especially July 4 of course!
