Self contained, private, sunny & peaceful retreat

Relax in this self contained, calm, stylish space. Everything you need is provided for a short or long term stay. Fully self contained. Large bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living area if needed. It is very quiet and sunny with a deck area for out door dining. Your own bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, and kitchenette. Included work space and generous living/dining area. Very close to airport, university and city centre with local shops and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. The space Living/dining is 3.0 x 4.0 metres with couch (sofa bed) , TV etc. Bedroom is 4.0 x4.0 metres. It is light and bright with plenty of storage and a desk. Kitchenette has kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric fry pan and induction hotplate and pots pans etc. Tea, coffee, juice and milk provided on arrival. Guest access I can provide washing and drying facilities for your clothes. For stays of 1 night there is a $5 charge. Multiple nights there is no extra charge. The washer and dryer are in my space in the front so we will need to make a time to suit us both Other things to note Full details details of your space are provided in the guest book on arrival.
