Therefore, its amenities are SEPARATE from each other, and should be treated as such. Should any apartment guests wish to access the amenities of the hotel, will have to purchase a separate entrance fee from the hotel itself. For this, we will need a list of your guests and car details (brand, color & plate no.).  Any additional fee (additional guests) should be paid to the caretaker upon arrival. Check in : 2:00PM Check out : 12:00NN Upon entry, the caretaker will welcome you at Apartment Building 1 and will guide you to the unit. The contact no. of the caretaker will be provided to you before check-in. Should you run into any issues during your stay, kindly contact the caretaker to assist you. Please read the rules & disclaimers below. House Rules - No smoking INSIDE the unit. You may smoke at the balcony, but kindly avoid littering. - Sand must be rinsed at the outdoor shower area before taking a shower inside unit to avoid sand clogging the bathroom drainage. - Likewise, please avoid going inside the unit with sandy slippers and shoes - Please do not sit on the couch or the beds with wet clothes. - Please dispose garbage properly. - Kindly turn off the AC, and open the doors while cooking to avoid the smell of food lingering inside the unit. Additionally, cooking or frying of dried fish is strictly not allowed. - Only the guests authorized in the list provided are the only ones allowed inside the unit. Should they not be included, they are not allowed to stay inside. - Any damage on the unit, which includes furniture & appliances will be answered by the guests. responsibility.
