Guest access Beside the unit, our guests are allowed to access the following: •Swimming pools. •Lush Gardens. •Playgrounds. •Lounge Areas. •Commercial Strip. •Parking Pool Access Price: •Php 150 per person - Regular days. •Php 300 per person - Weekends / Holidays. **Collected by the building admin. Admin is open Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Close on Sundays and Holidays. If you stay falls when the admin is close, please let us know in advance if you want to use the pool so we can purchase a pool voucher for you. Parking Options: •Parking slot (please inquire for availability and price) There is also Coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlors, laundry shops and beauty salons located at the commercial strip on the ground floor. Other things to note •Check in time is at 2:00pm. •Check out time is at 12:00noon. Check-in Requirements: •Once booking is confirmed, we require our guests to email us at least two days prior to booking date, a scanned copy of Valid ID of every staying guest as this a mandatory requirement of the Building Admin and Security. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check in. *If there is additional guests during your stay please send as well a scanned copy of valid ID two days prior arrival. •Strictly only a maximum of 4 persons are allowed to check in. *Only Registered Guest with submitted ID are allowed to enter the premises. Pest Control: We regularly have fumigation and pest control done by a professional company to ensure a pleasant stay for our guest. However, as we are in a tropical country with warm weather, some tiny creatures might still find their way into the room and it is near to impossible to eradicate them 100%. House Rules: •No unregistered quests allowed. •No smoking in the property. •No open flames or candles. •Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. •No smelly foods, no cooking of smelly foods. •No pets allowed. •No parties or events allowed. •Quiet hours begin at 10pm. •No Hanging and drying of clothes and other items in the balcony area. •Please turn off the Aircon, TV and Lights when leaving the premises for an extended period. •Please take care of our sheets and towels. •Please take care of the furnishings and appliances. •No rearrangement of the furniture. •Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave. • Please Notify host of your departure. **IMPORTANT: •All incidental charges will be on the personal account of the guest. •The host is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your equipment and belongings while you stay at our premises.
