The space The open concept living area features a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the local area. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, with open concept sitting and dining areas perfect for enjoying it with your loved ones. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and room for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with amazing views, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom, as well as attached balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Guest bedroom with attached bath and sitting area as well as nook with 2 twin beds perfect for families with young children. Two more comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed one with a full bed, share the 3rd bathroom just down the hall. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Vermont weather in all four seasons. The backyard features a large stone patio with gas grill, gas fire pit with seating area. The large yard is perfect for playing games, sledding on snowy days (day or night) or just relaxing in the sunshine. The heated pool is open from June - September (closed after Labor Day). Hot Tub safety Rules: - Shower before using Hot Tub - Enter and Exit the Hot Tub Slowly - No jumping or diving in or out of Hot Tub - No glass in or near Hot Tub - Do not use Alcohol, narcotics, or medications - Elderly/Pregnant must consult doctor before use - Children must be supervised by an adult - Do not enter hot tub if temperature exceeds 104F - Limit soak time to 15 minutes - Anyone with: Heart Disease, Diabetes, High or Low Blood pressure or any serious illness should consult with doctor before entering the Hot Tub - Replace Hot Tub cover after each use - Do not sit or lie down on Hot Tub cover - Turn jets in the off position after use (Grey nobs) - Please do not use soap or oils in Hot Tub - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
