With its innovative green roof design, this residence seamlessly integrates into its landscape. Guest access Guests have full access to Cliff House during their stay. Cliff house is situated on a family estate and our sister property Blue Yonder is located next door. This property is also available to rent. There is a shared driveway to access the properties. Other things to note We love the climate and designed the house to take advantage of an almost constant lovely easterly breeze. The sliding doors in the living/kitchen/dining area can be opened fully to take best advantage of this. Standing fans are available if the breeze is not enough to keep you cool. There is full AC and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and AC in the office. Please note we are in the tropics so If you are someone who does not like birds, wildlife, insects and one working domestic cat then this house isn't for you. However if you love quiet, privacy and a natural environment to see marine birds, possums, mongoose, lizards and between February to May breaching humpbacks, then this is the house for you.
