The apartment is independent, with a private parking space, a terrace with a nice view and all the necessities for an enjoyable stay, all within walking distance of Pau. The space This 60 m² accommodation consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, and a large living room open to the kitchen. Two beds are available: a double bed (160) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for a total of 4 people. The 30 m² terrace is furnished with a garden table for outdoor dining and two sun loungers. Access to the accommodation is directly from the parking space, and entry can be autonomous using a key box if we are absent. Location: - 5 minutes from TOTAL and TEREGA - 5 minutes from Morlaàs (shops) - 10 minutes from Pau - 30 minutes from Lourdes and Tarbes The apartment is also close to the Pyrenees and in particular to the Ossau Valley, the Aspe Valley and the Bigorre, ideal for hiking or any other mountain activity. There are a few simple rules to follow during your stay: - No smoking inside the accommodation, - Parties (noisy and/or late) are not allowed; we live above the accommodation, - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. - CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED, it will be carried out at the end of your stay.
