We welcome one well-behaved dog per stay. ~$100 pet fee ~ Please add your pet under the “Guests” section when booking. Please note that this house, built in the 1800s, is a historic/ older home; therefore, this condo has a lot of character, quirks, and we do not have all the modern amenities, and we cannot overload the electricity capacity. Many of our guests appreciate the location, coziness, and sleeping capacity. ~EV vehicles must charge at the town's EV charging station located by the Hot Springs parking lot, not at the property. Also, note that we are a Vacation Rental Management Company, not a private host. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold a security deposit before your arrival outside the Airbnb platform. Please refer to the Airbnb security deposit guideline under the HELP section. The security deposit will be released upon inspection 3-4 business days after your departure.
