Please read before booking ❤️ We kindly ask that you treat Erondel’s Place as you would your own home. Please note that this is a private villa, not a hotel — room and food services are not provided. You may order food through Food Panda, or we can recommend trusted local suppliers for food trays and catering. Cleanliness is appreciated throughout your stay. Our housekeeper is available to assist you — we simply ask for politeness and consideration toward the space and staff. 👥 Guests • Base rate good for 16 guests. • ₱500 per additional guest applies. • No unregistered visitors allowed. Noncompliance may lead to cancellation without refund. 🐾 Pets • ₱300 per pet (maximum of 3 pets). • No pets inside bedrooms or on beds — ₱2,000 penalty. • Properly clean and dispose of your pets’ wastes — ₱2,000 penalty. 💍 Wedding Preparations • ₱3,000 wedding prep fee (waived for 2-night stays). • Maximum of 8 suppliers (HMUA, photographers, etc.) allowed on the wedding day only. • Use painter’s tape or paper tape for decorations. • Guests must remove and dispose of all decorations. Penalty for damages or left items: ₱2,000. 🔇 Noise Policy • No loud overnight parties or events. • Follow Tagaytay’s 10 PM Quiet Time Ordinance. You may continue videoke indoors (living room only) after 10 PM, at a moderate volume. • No loitering outside the property after hours. 🧺 Amenities • Fresh linens, towels, and toilet tissue provided. • Toiletries, ice, charcoal, and condiments not provided. • Stained linens penalty: ₱200 per item. • Netflix available – please do not sign out. • Daily pool cleaning: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. 💰 Security Deposit • ₱5,000 security deposit is required. • Payable upon arrival and refundable upon checkout if no damages or missing items. 🕒 Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Check-out: strictly before 12:00 PM • Early check-in: ₱1,000 per hour (subject to availability). • Late check-out is depend on the availability to allow time for proper cleaning and sanitization. 🏠 House Conduct • 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the villa, especially in bedrooms and bathrooms. Penalty: ₱2,000 per violation. • 🍳 No heavy cooking inside the indoor kitchen. For outdoor grilling, ensure the BBQ fire is completely extinguished after use. 🪟 Glass Villa Policy Since this is a glass villa, please avoid rough play, throwing hard balls, or using equipment or toys that could damage the glass panels or windows. Any breakage caused by negligence will be charged accordingly. 🏊 Pool Area • Follow pool safety rules displayed in the area. • Children must always be accompanied by adults. • Use floaters or safety gear for kids and non-swimmers. 🪜 Stair Safety Our villa features elegant stairs that enhance its tropical and open design. Please guide children and seniors carefully for safety. ⚡ Utility & Nature Reminders • Water, electricity, and internet are provided by third-party suppliers; interruptions may occur beyond our control. • The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, so expect occasional bugs or insects during your stay. Please bring insect repellant if required and keep doors and windows closed to minimize entry. 🛡 Security & Community • Guards and Barangay officials regularly patrol the area to maintain peace and order.
