Room on the edge of the forest

I am making a room available. The rest of the house is shared with my children and other guests. Quiet accommodation on the edge of the forest with a large southwest-facing terrace. There is an office for those who wish to work. The kitchen is shared too. The land is enclosed. No smoking inside. I am about 1 hour from Nantes, Angers and Rennes. There are no shops in Juigné. The nearest are 5 km away. For your information, there are two cats in the house...
