Our prime location provides easy access to major freeways, allowing you to explore the surrounding area with ease. Embark on a shopping spree at nearby retail centers or savor delectable meals at local eateries, you will find everything you need just moments away along with several nearby parks and recreation. The space This open concept allows you to enter from the living room and access to the whole house is within your view from the cozy nook to the appointed kitchen and the dining room to the patio doors. Every corner of this residence is easily accessible and within your sight. Guest access All guests may access all bedrooms, bathroom, living room, family den in lower level and laundry room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on main floor, 1 bedroom on lower level. Garage access is prohibited. Other things to note If you are working with a placement agency, insurance claims, or corporate housing, please contact us directly. If your desired dates are not available, please inquire with the Host or manager. Most of the times some dates are blocked off tentatively by potential guests who have not confirmed their stay yet. LONG TERM STAYS: We also offer longer term stays at a discounted nightly rate. If you would like a longer reservation of 2 weeks or more We encourage you to inquire within. We welcome all midterm stays up to several months! Garage access is not included in your stay. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Please note that due to high demand, early check in and late checkout will be an additional $20 per hour to accomodate our cleaner's schedule as we do not dictate their flow of work and to meet back to back turnover demands.
