A home that makes you stay close to the airport as well as the city. The space The space- The home is located mid way between the city hub and the airport. Close enough to national highway in a decent locality called Gotanagar. It's situated in the 1st floor of our building. A 2BHK home with 2 balconies well furnished with all the necessary amenities. The living cum dining room is complete with couch, sofa sets & a smart TV. The bedrooms are provided with a queen size bed, working table & chair & Air Conditioners. The kitchen has a microwave oven, induction cooktops, fridge, water purifier, electric kettle and all the utensils and cutlery. We ensure you a comfortable and homey stay. Guest access Guests will have access to everything inside the 2 BHK apartment. It comes with completely PRIVATE facilities including 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony & washroom. All of which is entirely for private use by the guest. Facility of booking our 2 bhk part as 1 bhk part is also possible by using only one bedroom for 2 guests. They also have access to free parking; 1 covered car parking & additional parking; all within the private area of the property. They can also access the terrance & rooftop sitting area in the building. The private entrance to building & apartment allows for utmost privacy. The house is at favourable location from airport (30mins), ISBT (15mins), Kamakhya railway station (10mins), Guwahati railway station (30 mins) Other things to note Pets not allowed Elevator not available. Electric consumption will be charged Rs. 10 / unit consumptions. The guests are requested to check sub meters before checking in and after checking out.
