Enjoy a peaceful getaway with your favourite people & pets at our beach house. Our private & comfortable 3Bed home has everything you will need for a long or short-term stay. Only a 300m/4min stroll to a pet-friendly beach & family-friendly park, this long stretch of beach has good surf banks north & south. Nestled in an ideal location with Point Cartwright, Kawana shopping world, gold class cinemas, SCUH, SC stadium, bars, restaurants, local markets & cafes all within a short walk or drive. The space Jinang Beach House is a fully equipped 3-bedroom home with a large, fully fenced outdoor area and yard. You will have everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is located on a corner block and has a guesthouse on the side of the premises. It is completely private to the guesthouse with no in-person shared areas, but there is a shared internal wall so please be mindful that you may hear some slight noise during your stay. It’s just like a duplex or townhouse. Bedroom 1 - Very comfortable queen bed and linen, split system air conditioning, large cupboard space and plenty of room for a portacot or kids mattress if required. This room has the office adjoining (no door between) but a door on the office for privacy. Bedroom 2 - Very comfortable queen bed and linen, split system air conditioning, ceiling fan and cupboard space. Bedroom 3 - 2 x comfortable single beds and linen, ceiling fan and hanging rack for your clothes. The living area has a large couch in front of the TV so you can enjoy an afternoon nap after being at the beach all morning. There is a 6 seater table for your family meals and a large split system air-conditioner to keep you cool or warm. There are plenty of books and games to keep you and/or the kids entertained along with a chrome cast so Netflix and most of the other apps are available for you to login to your personal account. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials (and more) for your short or long term stay. There is also a bbq in the undercover outdoor living space for those easy holiday meals. The yard and outdoor area are very spacious and fully fenced which is great for kids & pets. Enjoy an outdoor shower amongst the plants with hot and cold water! You have a private driveway which will fit 2 cars and there is also on street parking available. We can provide access to a portable cot if needed. Please bring your own pet bedding to ensure they are comfortable and stay off the furniture. Your pets must be cleaned up after with no mess/fur inside or out. I love to be able to accommodate you travelling with your pets so please keep this a clean and easy process so all can enjoy. I will charge extra cleaning fees if this is not done. If you would like to book Jinang Beach Guesthouse and the main house please make contact, the guesthouse sleeps 4 so you can have a group of 10 stay on the 1 property. There are no interconnecting doors or gates, to access each property you will need to walk out onto the footpath and in through the pedestrian gates to access eachother. Guest access You have full access to the entire 3 bedroom house and yard. Other things to note Jinang Beach House is totally private but there is a guesthouse on this corner block with separate entry and driveway access. Your laundry wall and master bedroom wall are heavily insulated but these are shared with the other property. You will never see your neighbour as it's completely private but you may hear slight muffled noise if there is anyone staying in the Guesthouse.
