Crystal River Tiny Cottage

Get away from it all! Our tiny cottage (The Lilly) is available only. These 2 cottages are located on 1 acre. Each cottage features a fenced back yard. Nestled between the cottages is the court yard. Hot tub pending repair. Layout: Studio style, 2 Lofts- storage & lounge. Well water, star link internet, Roku . Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. The space Studio Style- Bed room is located on main level with kitchen and bathroom (full size bed). There is a reading loft with a full size bed. The chair also turns into a small bed. The hot tub is single use and heated by coal. (This was damaged in the storm). Pending repair. Please note that Florida experiences hurricanes and sometimes weather and effects from the weather such as debris, damage, flooding is out of our control. No Smoking in the house. We want to respect everyones allergies. Please smoke outside. This includes vapes. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if you are smoking inside. There is a fire it on the property. There is not a sauna on the property. Guest access Individual Cottage and own backyard. Court yard is a common area. Please note the GPS for two of our guest have taken them to our neighbors home and they have a gate. We do not have a front gate and you can see the tiny home from the road. Other things to note Location- Crystal River Country Setting (If you are looking for something that is right in town this may not be for you this cottage is meant to provide privacy with a glimpse at tiny living). Downtown Crystal River is approximately 11 minutes away. No animals Please. Country setting. Please note that in our rural setting we have mosquitoes, wild life such as hawks, eagles, coyotes, snapping turtles, and even gators. Florida is full of bugs and spiders. We have active pest control but can not control our Florida environment. Also our lovely palm trees can have palmetto bugs and scorpions. Well water
