Smoking in the apartment is only on the balcony and you need to clean up after yourself. Smoking in the apartment is a fine of 500 euros. We are friendly to dogs and cats, but you pay extra cleaning of 5 euros for cleaning, and you pay for all the damage to the apartment caused by your animal. At check-in, you pay a $100 security deposit per animal, which is fully refunded to you if you follow all the rules. You pay for any damage to the apartment you caused during your stay. When booking monthly, in addition to the main rental payment, guests also pay utility bills issued by suppliers. No shoes allowed on the bed and chairs.
